The iconic lizard label graces wines exported to 40 countries. The name harks back to Andau's historical origins, mentioned in a document dating back to 1487. The Pannonian forest lizard, a local symbol, embodies our commitment to natural vineyard management. Spread across the Burgenland lake district, our vineyards boast diverse microclimates and soils, ideal for nurturing distinct grape varieties. Our dedicated team of 50 local families ensures meticulous care, adhering to stringent quality standards. Zantho embraces indigenous grapes, perfectly attuned to our unique climate.
